Dr. Peter E. H. Smee is a specialist in New Mind Technologies, and uses leading-edge psychological techniques and technologies in the pursuit of excellence:

Educated to doctorate level in various forms of computing, Peter has been trained extensively in various forms of applied psychology. He has significant interest in the growing range of techniques and technologies designed to enhance and expand the human mind.
Peter has experience in the application of a wide variety of business analysis techniques and has spent most of the last twelve years teaching various forms of systems analysis and planning to university students.
